With a flexible payroll code system, you define how the payroll system tracks types of payments, benefits, deductions, and leave time for each employee. Whether employees are hourly or salaried, part-time or full-time, the Payroll module can produce a payroll with minimum effort and maximum efficiency.
The module features timesaving tools like the default timesheet, which allows entry of all applicable payroll codes and regular earnings for each employee. With this feature, employee timesheet data entry is require for only those timesheets that change from cycle to cycle. (or add the optional Human Resources/Employee Web Services modules so each employee's time is entered and approved electronically.) The Payroll module also provides full reporting for complete internal controls. And imbedded in the program is the ability to print (form-ready) all federal, state, and other withholding tax reports. At year end W-2 and W-3 information can be automatically generated with the option of either printing or e-filing the information with the appropriate agency.
