Our remote support tool allows us to provide outstanding service to our clients.  This Internet based tool allows our clients and staff to remotely share each other's screen, mouse and keyboard to provide support, fix a problem, demonstrate a feautre or provide training.

 

Complete our contact us form or call us at 800.232.8913 to schedule an appointment with one of our consultants.  At the appointment time, an icon will be available below for you to click on to begin the connection.  You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.  Once the plug-in is downloaded, a chat screen will appear that will allow us to screen share.
